EXCHANGES + RETURNS
DE COSMI WANTS YOU TO BE THOROUGHLY HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER
Returns and exchanges will be accepted given written notice within 14 days from the day your order is received. To make a return or exchange, please email us at email@example.com. You will be given instructions for the return shipment once the return or exchange has been confirmed. Your return or exchange must then be received by de Cosmi within 21 calendar days from the day your order was originally received. Please note you are responsible for the cost of return shipment. We recommend that you insure your return shipment as you are liable for any damage or loss that occurs prior to our receipt. Further, we recommend that you use a trackable and secure shipment method, and that you retain proof of sending, as you are under duty to ensure the item/s are safely returned to us in order to receive your refund or credit for exchange.
Bespoke and special orders can not be returned or exchanged. Deposits for bespoke and special orders can not be refunded.
All de Cosmi items must be returned unused and unworn, in their original condition, and with their original packaging. Without meeting these criteria, returns or exchanges may not be accepted, and thus refunds would no longer be applicable. Returns that have been damaged or altered in any way may not be accepted and would thus be returned to you.
REFUNDS VIA CREDIT CARDRefunds via credit card may take up to 4 business days to process, and the respective credit card company is responsible for the time it takes to post a refund.
COLOR ACCURACYPlease note that the colors displayed on computer and device monitors may vary, and we can not guarantee the exact color match of an item to the way it displays on your monitor.
QUALITY CONTROLde Cosmi jewelry goes through strict quality control prior to shipment. If any item is received in damaged condition please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. The description of damage along with a photograph depicting the damage is required. Items damaged as a result of the customer dropping, bending, breaking, or otherwise damaging the piece will not be deemed returnable or exchangeable.
